Travel Surcharge Zone
The trolley will cover a 40 mile radius of the QCA for your event. An additional delivery surcharge will be added after the trolley has traveled 20 miles one way from Bettendorf. For events outside of the 20 mile area all rentals will require a 2 hour minimum rental fee. Please inquire for a price quote on your specific event destination.
Driver Gratuity
Please note that all event pricing listed above does not include your driver’s gratuity. Each individual event will include a 15% industry standard driver gratuity fee that will be added to your total invoiced charges.
Booking Retainer Fee
A non-refundable booking retainer fee of 150.00 is required to secure a date and time. This retainer is deducted from your total invoiced balance due.
